 ATCO Structures & Logistics (ASL) provides operation and maintenance of radar systems reaching from the remote Arctic regions of Alaska and northern Canada to the countryside of Bosnia.
ASL’s design, system integration, installation, commissioning and effective start-up processes are key to its repeated success in this field. Contingency planning, risk mitigation, disaster recovery plan development and testing are also critical components.
Although services vary by site, they can include radar, communications, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and electronic control systems and overall facilities maintenance.
Currently, ASL supports the Alaska Radar System through a joint venture with World Technical Services Inc. called ARCTEC Alaska. We also operate and maintain over 150 NorthwesTel microwave sites in Northern Canada.
