(Formerly Arctic Slope World Services) Alaska Radar System (1994) : a joint-venture partnership to provide complete operation and maintenance of 18 radar sites and support services to the project headquarters, the Region Operations Control Center and the Maintenance Control and Communications Center, located at Elmendorf Air Force Base for the Alaska Radar System
  2. NASCo NorthwesTel (1998) : a joint-venture partnership with the Northern Aboriginal Services Company (NASCo) to operate and maintain 157 NorthwesTel microwave sites in the Northwest Territories, northern British Columbia, and the Yukon
  3. Inuvialuit Dev Corp (2004) : LOI Alliance
  4. Pan Arctic Inuit Logistics North Warning System (1994) : a joint-venture partnership to operate and maintain 11 long-range radar sites (AN/FPS-117), 36 short-range radar sites (AN/FPS-124) that make up the North Warning System
  5. Sakku Investments Corporation (2012) : a joint-venture partnership to pursue resource development activities and infrastructure construction in the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut

Uqsuq Corporation Iqaluit Fuel Supply (1996) : a joint-venture partnership with the Nunavut Petroleum Corporation (representing the Nunasi Corporation and Qikiqtaaluk Corporation) under contract to lease and operate the bulk fuel storage facility and pipeline distribution system in Iqaluit, Nunavut
