To augment community investment initiatives, the ATCO EPIC (Employees Participating in Communities) and Volunteer Recognition Fund recognize employees who share their time and talents in their respective communities, while engaging staff during work hours to educate and deliver solutions to ongoing local needs and challenges.
The annual employee-led ATCO EPIC campaigns run in November with unique activities and initiatives, including fundraising and days of caring, at each of our operating locations.
These unique programs result in additional corporate donations to employee-chosen registered charitable organizations.
EPIC is an ATCO Group-wide employee-lead initiative where every dollar that employees raise and donate to a registered health and wellness organization in Canada, ATCO Structures & Logistics matches.
ATCO and its people have pledged to give $3.1 million to more than 500 charitable organizations in 2011.
